Welcome to Gandum Catering! We're thrilled to be part of your gatherings, celebrations, and everyday moments. To make everything smooth and stress-free, here’s what you need to know about our catering policy how we handle orders, payments, delivery, and cancellations.
Ordering
Orders can be placed by contacting us via call or text.
We recommend placing your order at least 48 days in advance, especially for larger groups or custom requests.
Minimum order for most of the catering packages: 10 people
Payment Methods
We accept Venmo, Zelle, PayPal, debit/credit cards, and cash (for pickups only).
A 50% deposit is required to confirm your catering order. The remaining balance is due upon delivery or pickup.
For small orders, full payment up front may be requested.

Cancellation Policy
Plans change, we totally understand!
Please notify us of any cancellations at least 24 hours before your delivery or pickup.
For bulk or custom orders, we ask for 48 hours’ notice.
Cancellations within the notice period will receive a full refund.
Cancellations made after that window may be subject to a partial or no refund, depending on the order status and prep time.
Refunds & Quality
We take great care to ensure every item is prepared fresh and to high standards.
If there’s ever an issue with your order, let us know within 24 hours so we can make it right.
Refunds or replacements are handled on a case-by-case basis.
